Product Complaints and Recalls

 

In compliance with the new EU Regulation on Product Safety (GPSR), effective December 13, 2024, we handle complaints related to accidents caused by defects or faults in our products. All such incidents are reported to the Safety Business Gateway and documented in our internal records.

Complaints can be submitted via email at wholesale@plint.dk.

In the event of a recall of one or more of our products, customers will be notified via email and through a pop-up message when visiting www.plint.eu. Consumers will also be compensated in the event of a product recall.
